Definition: Measures the mean distance (actual vehicle miles) between mechanical failures reportable to National Transit Database, i.e., those precluding a vehicle from completing its trip or starting its next scheduled trip. 

Performance (March 2024):

The mobility mean distance between failures in March 2024 was 42,217, which met the target of 15,000 miles or more.
